January Letter From Pastor Reggie

Monday, January 1, 2018 in Blog, News

Happy and Blessed 2018 everybody!

Together let’s believe God for the best year ever – best for our church and best for every individual & family here at FWC!

God has great and mighty plans for each of us as we continue to seek Him first and follow His way fully. “When a man’s ways please the Lord, He makes even His enemies to be at peace with him.”

Also, let’s not only stand for our church and family, but let’s stand with our nation in every way, that our nation returns to its roots of Christianity. That we pray without ceasing for America! Praying for our leaders, from our President to our Congress and right on down the line to our state and local levels of government. “First of all, prayers and supplications be made for all men, for “presidents”…and all who are in authority”.

Speaking of prayer, allow me to encourage you to avail yourself to prayer on Wednesday nights, whenever your schedule permits. It is a great time of refueling. It is never the same as the Spirit leads in a variety of ways week after week. I believe you would love these one hour times of worship, the Word and prayer. Come expecting!

Wednesday nights begin at 6:30pm with community time where food, fellowship and teaching are the focus until 7:20pm. Or perhaps you would enjoy hearing my son, Shawn, via video during that same time in the Joy Center Auditorium. Then at 7:30pm our prayer service begins. Come to one or the other, or both and I believe you and your family will be blessed.

Of course Sundays at 10:30am is a wonderful time of celebration with powerful praise and worship, ministry in the Holy Spirit and the Word. Bring a friend, the Holy Spirit will touch them no doubt!

Again, we are so honored that you are a part of FWC and simply want you blessed in every way: spiritually, mentally, and physically.

“Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers”. (3 John1:2)

Love you much,

Pastor Reggie
