Letter from Pastor Reggie

Christmas truly is the most wonderful time of the year! All around us we hear Christmas music, we see decorations, we witness acts of generosity and kindness. This is when we celebrate the birth of Jesus! While the celebration only lasts for the season, the purpose and message behind it are eternal!

Jesus Christ came to Earth with a purpose – to save people from their sins. “For God so loved the world, that He GAVE His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.” This is the Gospel – the Good News! And the Gospel is the “power of God unto salvation!” Hallelujah! “Joy to the world” indeed!

We had a wonderful time of thanksgiving and praise at our Night of Thanks service and were able to help hundreds of people celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. Your generosity makes it all possible. We also have a number of outreach and “inreach” opportunities available this Christmas season to bless our community as well as our church family. You are blessed yourself when you allow God to bless others through you.

I’m so excited about our Christmas production, as well as all the special music this month. We will have wonderful times of worship and praise throughout the entire Christmas season. Make sure to take extra time to worship the Lord, as Jesus is truly the Reason for the Season!

Bea and I believe for you and your family to have your most blessed Christmas yet!

You are greatly loved,

Pastor Reggie
