Letter from Pastor Reggie
Cooler weather is upon us! I’m truly looking forward to being able to get out and enjoy nature with Bea. We will get our saddles out shortly and ride the trails on our days off. It’s important to spend time with those you love and do things together – with your spouse, kids, grandkids. (I love my grandies!)
It is starting to cool off outside, but it’s heating up on the inside! The Lord said we needed to get the natural house in order so we can move forward with the spiritual house. Our Joy Center is now completed and perfectly compliments our beautiful sanctuary building – we have spaces that wonderfully fulfill our needs for large or small services and gatherings.
We are having a great time on Sunday nights – the Spirit is moving and active, the Word is being declared and we are having a beautiful time in the Presence of God. Sometimes there’s a worship emphasis, sometimes prayer, sometimes the Word, and most often, a combination of all of it! It is just wonderful! Bring your family and enjoy the Presence of God. I so love seeing you and your whole family being blessed in the presence of the Lord.
I am excited we are hosting the Great Awakening at the beginning of November. I think it will be a great opportunity for our church to reach out to our community. As believers, our mandate is to win the lost! We will gain some practical tools for reaching our neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, nursing homes, and everywhere!
I encourage you to be about the Father’s business as you go about your business. Look for opportunities to influence people for the kingdom of God. Smile, be kind and take time with someone. Many times, it’s not what we say, but what we DO that impacts people the most.
You are greatly loved!
